Having been used to dry winter, I feel it strange that we have so much rain in this season in Netherlands. I have no more dry patches on my skin, which is good, but it has been nothing but gloomy, rainy, cloudy for past few days. The winter in my mind is mostly sunny, though windy.

Watching people ride a bike in this rain is also interesting. The most well dressed up lady doesn't seem to care about the rain ruining her nice outfit or her makeup. Nor do parents seem to care about their kids all soaked up. It's really a different world.
